GENERAL

  • I must be credited as your artist if you are to use my work.

  • please use the watermarked version at all times when posting in public socials to prevent your commission and my art from theft.

  • never claim the art as your own.

  • I retain the rights to all of my artwork.

  • I do not allow use of the artwork for any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

  • i have the right to refuse any commission without explanation

PAYMENTS
payments are preferably upfront.
please understand that prices are subject to change.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • after the proposal has been sent, please confirm the commission (via payment) within 48 hours

  • i will assume that you are no longer interested if you do not reach out to me within that timeline, and i will decline the requestplease do not make me wait without telling me beforehand!

  • commissions should be finished within 2 months. i will contact you if i need more time!

  • please be tolerant of delays as i do have other responsibilities. deadlines can also vary depending on the complexity of the piece and/or my current workload—please keep an eye on my work progress for this reason!

  • commissions with deadlines are subject to extra fee of an additional of 5%.

REFUNDS

  • 100% refund if I have not started on your piece and you have changed your mind

  • 50% refund if sample sketch has already been started on/made

  • NO REFUNDS after sample sketch has already been approved and I have started work on your piece

USE
all commissions are for personal use, however, please make sure to credit me as your artist if you are to ever post it publicly.you are not allowed to reproduce the commission in any way for profit unless you have agreed to pay the commercial fees from me.

these do NOT include the use of the commission for nfts; this is strictly prohibited.
personal :
you are free to use the art as your profile pictures, this includes twitter and instagram but NOT twitch and youtube.
you are also allowed to print the artwork as long as it is for personal use only.commercial lvl 1 | streaming / content use / branding:
I retain the ownership of my work, but client may use the art for the purposes of branding or monetization (from Twitch, YouTube, or other forms of content creation)
an additional fee of 2x base price will be appliedcommercial lvl 2 | merchandise / ads / print / streaming / content use:
client has extended commercial usage rights, and is free to sell physical merchandise of the final art.
however, i still retain the ownership of the artwork, therefore, the client must contact me first if they wish to resell the artwork.
an additional fee of 4x base price will be applied
